Cover the ends of the toilet paper roll with red tissue paper.&nbsp;If you don\u2019t have empty toilet rolls, you can use a kitchen roll and cut it into half to make two small paper rolls.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/kidpillar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Paper-Roll-Fireworks-Craft.jpg?resize=600%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Paper Roll Fireworks Craft\" class=\"wp-image-32768\"\/><\/figure><\/div><p>2. Using a skewer, carefully curl the ends of the tissue paper.<\/p><p>5. Paste the red tissue paper strip on the toilet paper roll followed by blue and white paper strips. Take a small piece of twine and glue a sparkly golden pom-pom at its one end.
